U型槽模具使用的是切割好的钢模板来进行制作的，这种模板的厚度都是在四毫米以上，这是因为U型槽模具大多规格体积都很大，所以如果将水泥灌入到里面的话会承受到较大的压力，所以让面板变得更厚能够让其保持状态不变形。同时，水泥U型槽模具还有着很重要的支撑稳固系统，就是筋板的固定，我们是按照图纸的设计要求来进行制作的，这样做出来的模具产品会更加标准，能够适应生产环境的变化。
