怎样满足模具的工艺性要求?
How to meet the technological requirements of moulds?
模具的制造一般都要经过锻造切削和加工以及热处理等几道工序,为保证其制造质量降低生产成本,其材料应具有良好的可锻性和切削加工性以及可磨削性等,还要具有小的氧化和脱碳敏感变形开裂倾向。
In order to ensure the manufacturing quality and reduce the
production cost, the material should have good malleability,
machinability and grindability, as well as small tendency of oxidation
and decarbonization sensitive deformation and cracking.
那么要怎样满足工艺性能要求呢?
How to meet the requirements of process performance?
1. 可锻性具有较低的热锻变形抗力塑性好,且锻造温度范围宽锻裂冷裂和析出网状碳化物倾向低。

tendency of cold cracking and precipitation of network carbide is lower
in wide forging temperature range.
2. 退火工艺性球化退火温度范围宽硬度低,且波动范围小球化率高。
